Dudley Kingswinford Running Club
Dudley Kingswinford Running Club was established in 1984 by Dr. Dick Blackburn as an affiliation to Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club.
Since those early days the club has grown into one of the leading clubs in the West Midlands with about 200 members comprising of Men, Ladies, elite and beginners.
DK Running Club is well known not just for being one of the most sociable running clubs but for the races we arrange every year.
If you would like to join us, whatever your level or age (Over 16) you will get a warm welcome and fantastic motivation from a group of knowledgeable and friendly runners. If you are no stranger to chasing PB's,anything from 5K to Ultra Marathons, why not join us and compete with a “Blue Hooped” racing vest on?

The first Wednesday in May DK hold the legendry Dick Blackburn DK10K road race, which is the biggest midweek 10Km Road race in the West Midlands. (See DK10K page for more information)

The Blymhill 10K was started in 2011 by Sally McConville to raise money for the Village Hall. The Race has proved to be very popular selling out every year with runners who enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside. For more information see the Blymhill page
Beginners Course
Every March we start a new Beginners Running Course which is a chance for anyone looking to get into running or get fit to give it a go. This will conclude with the Gavin Tipper 5K race which is free to anyone who joins the Beginners Course. For More information see the Beginners Page
