DK goes colour crazy

In partnership with the Neo-natal ward from Russells Hall Hospital, members of DK either ran or marshalled in a neon colour run at Himley Hall this weekend.

In other action, 6 members travelled to Aldridge for their 10k. First man home for the hoops was Gary Davies with the first lady back being Jacqui Elson-Whittaker.

A quintet of athletes also competed in the Derby Half Marathon. First two home were Stuart King and Russell Fox. Special mention to Pete Stevens, Sam Gordon and Sal Muflahi all competing in their first halves.

Helen Tromans, Lyn Sprague and Kathryn Sneyd all travelled to compete in the very challenging 22 mile Man vs Horse Trail Race in Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales.

Baljit Watson competed in the Blaydon 10k in Newcastle with Helen Kelly competing in the Lakeland Trails – Coniston Water Half Marathon this weekend.
